Concrete Filled Panel

ESSCON concrete filled panel ECP 800 / 1000 / 1200 are made from steel. The bottom of the panel is embossed in 64 hemisphere shape of 60 mm diameter. The top steel is plain and resistant welded at various locations after the top and bottom steel have been de-greased and phosphated.

Product Overview

Engineered for durable raised flooring performance

The above hollow panel has an infill of lightweight cementitious materials. The entire panel is coated with epoxy coating on the exposed surface. Panels remain flat and stable, unaffected by humidity or fluctuation in temperature throughout their normal working life.

They provide impact resistance, minimal deflection, corrosion resistance and are non-combustible to aid spread of flame. Panels are well insulated against heat and noise transfer.
