ESSCON concrete filled panel(ECP) 800/1000/1200 are made from steel. The bottom of the panel is embossed in 64 hemisphere shape of 60 mm diameter. The top steel is plain and resistant welded at various locations, after the top and the bottom steel have been de-greased and phosphated. The above hollow panel has an in-fill of light weight cementitious materials. The entire panel is coated with epoxy coating on the exposed surface. Panels remain flat and stable, unaffected by humidity or fluctuation in the temperature throughout its normal working life. They provide for impact resistance top surfaces, minimal deflection, corrosion resistance properties and are non combustible or aid to spread of flame. Panels are well insulated against heat and noise transfer. They are 600 X 600 mm and have a flange of 12-15 mm on all four sides (for resting on strings) fully interchangeable with each other within the range of a specific layout. They rest on the grid formed by the stringers, which are bolted into the pedestals. They are factor made, anti static laminate/ PVC on the top and polymer band/ trimming along the edges.
